In one sentence

The house's market-intelligence arm: Cinco's method applied to one specific decision of one specific company.

For whom
  • 01Product and technology leaders choosing between models, vendors or architectures.
  • 02Legal and risk teams tracking AI regulation in Brazil.
  • 03Funds and boards that need an independent read before a thesis.
What you get
The document
Ten pages, at most: the question, what the evidence says, what it does not yet say, three scenarios and a recommendation — every claim sourced.
The conversation
One hour, live, with the person who read. Hard questions are the point.
The appendix
The Archive entries and primary sources used, so your team can carry on alone.
The update
Thirty days later, one page: what changed since the briefing.
How it works
  1. 1The question

A thirty-minute call to reach a question that fits in one sentence. If it does not fit, it is two — or it is not a briefing.

  2. 2The reading

Ten working days. Archive first, then what is missing: papers, documents, prices, conversations with operators.

  3. 3The delivery

    Document, conversation, appendix. No slides.

  4. 4The record

If the question touches something the house has a relationship with, it goes on page one.

Questions that fit a briefing

Examples of the kind of question — not of clients.

Cost
Does moving our inference to an open model served in Brazil cut cost without losing quality on our task?
Regulation
What does PL 2338 change for a product that ranks CVs, and when?
Agents
Is our support operation ready for an agent that acts — or only for one that reads?
Evaluation
How do we know the model we bought is better than six months ago on our case?
Why it exists

Reading two hundred things a week only makes sense if, at some point, someone can ask: and in my case? The briefing is that question, answered with Cinco's method — primary source, result before opinion, explicit caveats — but aimed at one company's decision.

It is deliberately small: ten pages, one hour, ten days. Not transformation consulting, not a two-year roadmap. It is the independent read a team has no time to do before deciding.

Questions
How much does it cost?
Depends on scope. The proposal comes within 48 hours of the first call, with a fixed price.
Do you implement?
No. The briefing ends at the recommendation. For execution with agents there is Ofício, a different product.
What about confidentiality?
Standard NDA before the call. A briefing never becomes a Cinco item.
