Around two hundred items from the week — arXiv, repositories, official documents, announcements — go through an AI-assisted triage that extracts metadata and flags what deserves reading.

About forty items are actually read. Twelve survive the question that decides everything: does this change a builder's decision in the coming months?
- 3Monday night: the check and the code
Every number is checked against the primary source and marked self-reported or independent. The arithmetic that carries the argument is written as code and run; the output goes into the edition.

The edition goes out as a page and an e-mail: the thesis, the judgments, the panel, five movements with figures and code, what to watch, the sources. Each primary source enters the Archive with a date — and stays there.

Anatomy of an edition
Every edition has the same seven parts, in the same order. That is what makes one week comparable to another — and lets the previous one be held to account.
- The thesis
- Three paragraphs on what the week means, not what happened. Read only this and you leave knowing the house's position.
- Judgments
- Five conclusions, each with a confidence level — high, moderate, low — in the vocabulary of intelligence analysis. The next edition revisits them.
- Panel
- Six fixed indicators, read again every week: frontier price, open price, the scissors, two benchmark ceilings, public money that became a tender.
- Movements
- Five chapters of the same argument. Each with a figure or an executed code demonstration — and the data table always one click away.
- Method
- Self-reported or independent, on every number. Sample, interval, harness. What we do not know is written down.
- What to watch
- Dates and conditions that would confirm or refute the judgments — so the next edition can be held to account.
- Sources
- Numbered, dated, with what we took from each. Press only when it is the sole source, and said so.
Cinco is GenAI BR's central product. - Yes. Reading is free, no sign-up. The e-mail is only to receive the edition.
- Can I republish an entry?
- You can quote with a link. To republish in full — internal newsletter, intranet — write in; the answer is usually yes.
- How do I suggest an item?
- ola@genaibr.ai with the primary source link. Press suggestions without a primary source do not get in.
- Why five movements?
- Because a week has one thesis, not five news items — and five chapters is what fits in forty minutes of serious reading. Five a week, for years, is worth more than fifty in one week.
