State of AI Brasil
Annual survey of AI professionals in Brazil: what they use, what they earn, what is changing — open, with published data.
- Survey in August, report in September 2027
- Annual · September
- Free. The only content of the house delivered in exchange for an e-mail.
- 2027
The data that does not exist: how AI is actually used in Brazilian companies, told by the people doing it — with open microdata.
- Professionals who want to know where they stand — salary, tools, role.
- Companies comparing their own adoption with the sector's.
- Press, academia and government that need a number with a methodology.
- The report
- Sixty pages: adoption, stack, cost, hiring, salaries, perceived regulation, and the gap between discourse and practice.
- The microdata
- Anonymized CSV with every response, open license, and the full questionnaire.
- The cuts
- Panels by sector, size, region and role — so your company can see itself.
- The presentation
- A live launch session, recorded, with questions.

Planned chapters
The structure is public from now on, to receive critique before the field.
- 1 · Method
- Who responded, how it was weighted, what the sample does not cover.
- 2 · Adoption
- What runs in production, what is in pilot, what was abandoned — and why.
- 3 · Stack and cost
- Models, providers, open vs. proprietary, monthly cost by band.
- 4 · People
- Roles, salaries by region and seniority, hiring and demand.
- 5 · Regulation
- What companies think the law requires, and what it requires.
- 6 · Discourse vs. practice
- What the company says outward and what practitioners report inward.
An annual report built with Cinco's reader base: adoption of models and tools, salaries, hiring, perceived regulation, and the gap between discourse and practice in Brazilian companies. Raw data published, open methodology.
It is the only GenAI BR content distributed in exchange for an e-mail — and the artifact that introduces the house to companies and the press. The questionnaire is published before the field, to be criticized; the analysis is published with code, to be redone.
- Why ask for an e-mail?
- Because the report is the artifact that introduces the house to companies and the press — and the only currency we ask for is an address to announce the next one.
- Is the data anonymous?
- Yes. Responses with re-identification risk (small sector + rare role) are aggregated before publication.
