In one sentence

What the Archive documents about agents and evaluation, applied to real processes, inside the tools the company already uses.

For whom
  • 01Operations with volume and rules: support, reconciliation, onboarding, document triage.
  • 02Companies that already tried to 'add AI' and found the hard part is verification, not the model.
  • 03Technology teams that want auditable agents, not magic.
What you get
The agent
One end-to-end process operated by an agent, with the company's tools as they are.
The record
Every action produces a verifiable record — what was read, decided and done, and why.
The checkpoint
Sensitive decisions stop at a human, with context ready to approve in seconds.
Continuous evaluation
A set of real cases runs against the agent every week. The number drops, the agent stops.
How it works
  1. 1Map

Two weeks inside the process: where rules are clear, where they are not, where a mistake costs.

  2. 2Evaluate before building

The set of real cases comes first. Without it, nothing gets built.

  3. 3Build with brakes

The agent goes in with human checkpoints on everything sensitive; brakes loosen only with numbers.

  4. 4Operate and measure

Weekly dashboard: accuracy, human interventions, cost per case. Published to the client, always.

What an action record contains

Ofício's basic unit is not the model's answer; it is the record of what it did.

Input
The document, message or row read — hashed, to prove it was that one.
Decision
The rule applied, the model used, the declared confidence.
Action
What was done in the company's system, and the system's reply.
Checkpoint
Who approved, when, and what they saw before approving.
Cost
Tokens, time, and the cost in reais of that case.
Why it exists

Ofício is GenAI BR's second product and is still under construction. The idea: agents that operate real processes — customer service, reconciliation, onboarding, document triage — inside the tools the company already uses, without rewriting systems.

What sets it apart is what we learned by reading: every action produces a verifiable record, every sensitive decision goes through a configurable human checkpoint, and nothing runs without continuous evaluation against real cases. It is the practical application of what the Archive documents about agents and evaluation.

Details, final name and first customers will be announced in Cinco when they exist. Until then, this page is an intention with a calendar, not a promise.

Questions
Why 'Ofício'?
Because it is work — a craft — and because it is the name of the document that records what was done. Still provisional.
Which models?
Whichever pass the client's evaluation, open when possible. The Archive is the candidate list.
Does it replace people?
It replaces the repetitive part of the day. People stay where the agent stops: at the checkpoint.
